Wi-Fi technology is considered a top requirement (92%) when choosing one hotel over another. It’s a major contributor to resident satisfaction in the MDU market and increases property NOI. Students and faculty require connectivity in living spaces and around campuses. And most property technology, regardless of venue or market, needs a solid, secure network infrastructure to work properly.
These trends align with the momentum Nomadix saw with our technology portfolio coming out of a very strong 2023. Nomadix is growing – through expansion with our partners, movement into new markets, and hiring across our teams. I’m excited to share that we’ve recently hired three new members of the sales team – Sandy Jack (who we announced last month), Gilma Odak and most recently Angela Quinn. Here’s a quick overview of their new roles:

Gilma Odak

My team is headed to numerous conferences over the next few months, and we’d love to connect. You can meet us soon at AAHOACON Orlando, Choice Hotels Annual Convention, MES Spring, Apartmentalize, HITEC and more. Be sure to stop by our booths or book a meeting. We can share our technology portfolio updates and help you and your customers bring connected experiences to life.
Mike Womack is vice president of partner sales with Nomadix. He brings more than 20 years of successful sales leadership with a proven track record of exceeding annual sales targets, capturing new markets and positioning organizations for growth.
