COMPANY OVERVIEW

Trusted vendor to the world’s largest brands.

Nomadix delivers powerful and personalized connectivity and digital engagement solutions.

Nomadix, an ASSA ABLOY company, was founded in 1998 by Dr. Leonard Kleinrock, who developed the vision of “nomadic computing” to give mobile users the freedom to connect to the internet at high speeds wherever they may be. Nomadix developed technology to enable “guests” to authenticate and sign onto host networks called Visitor-Based Networks (VBNs), solving the industry-wide challenge that made guest Wi-Fi possible. Today, the world’s leading brands in hospitality, multi-family housing, retail, education and other industries turn to us to create experiences that connect, manage and engage their customers, guests, tenants and students.

Our end-to-end technology portfolio is organized around 3 complementary layers to create experiences that connect, manage and engage customers, guests, tenants and students. Our robust and secure networks, optimize internet access, distribute connectivity over wired and wireless infrastructure, and authenticate and onboard users through industry-specific captive portals. Nomadix Cloud enables users to configure, monitor and maintain Nomadix’s solutions through a single pane of glass. In addition, our solutions help safeguard lone workers, improve sustainability, revitalize in-room entertainment, deliver telephony via the cloud and automate common service requests.
