In order to support our significant growth (61% over the last three years) in the MDU/MTU market, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Sandy Jack as director of strategic relations – multi-dwelling. She’s well-known in the industry as a trusted advisor and partner to MDU properties, management companies and brands, and Sandy joins us to help increase our market share through our portfolio of on-property and cloud management technologies.
Recent reports from CBRE are in favor of stability for the MDU/MTU market, predicting that enough demand should keep the average occupancy rate above 94% in 2024. In addition, multifamily housing is playing a large role to alleviate the current shortage of single-family homes, particularly in a high-interest-rate environment. With housing needs up and rent growth down, multifamily property owners are in a position to bring in new renters, if they can meet the connectivity demands of today’s tenants.
Here’s where Nomadix comes in, with technologies that bring connected experiences to life for our partners and customers, as well as for the communities they serve. Sandy Jack has been at the forefront of the Managed Wi-Fi movement, adding her unique talent for translating technical concepts into business outcomes and bringing a proven track record of exceeding growth targets, delivering innovative solutions and influencing key decision makers.
“I’m excited to join Nomadix, a company making major strides in complementary markets to its leadership in hospitality,” said Sandy. “My mission is to empower my partners, peers, and the MDU community with the tools they need to succeed in the competitive and dynamic multifamily market, continuing to build momentum and value through innovation and education.”
Mike Womack is vice president of partner sales with Nomadix. He brings more than 20 years of successful sales leadership with a proven track record of exceeding annual sales targets, capturing new markets and positioning organizations for growth.
