In order to support our significant growth (61% over the last three years) in the MDU/MTU market, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Sandy Jack as director of strategic relations – multi-dwelling. She’s well-known in the industry as a trusted advisor and partner to MDU properties, management companies and brands, and Sandy joins us to help increase our market share through our portfolio of on-property and cloud management technologies. 

Recent reports from CBRE  are in favor of stability for the MDU/MTU market, predicting that enough demand should keep the average occupancy rate above 94% in 2024. In addition, multifamily housing is playing a large role to alleviate the current shortage of single-family homes, particularly in a high-interest-rate environment. With housing needs up and rent growth down, multifamily property owners are in a position to bring in new renters, if they can meet the connectivity demands of today’s tenants.
