TNG Appointed as Nomadix Distributor in Saudi Arabia to Strengthen Hospitality Internet Solutions

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – February 15, 2021 – TNG has been confirmed as the latest distributor of Nomadix solutions in Saudi Arabia. Specializing in improving the guest internet experience and hotel operations through channel sales of the company’s hospitality technology, TNG will sell the full Nomadix hospitality portfolio including internet gateways, casting, guest app solutions, touchless and voice-activated technology, and more, as Nomadix expands its business in Saudi Arabia, to better service and reach customers and users. It will also provide Nomadix Managed Wi-Fi for multi-dwelling units (MDU).

A specialist in hospitality, telecom and access control solutions in the Middle East, TNG was previously Nomadix’ local reseller, supporting guest internet services at hospitality brands including Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Elaf Hotel Group and Makarem Hotel Group. Now, as its value-added distributor, it will provide dedicated, high-quality service and its excellent technical resources to a customer base ranging from SMEs to large corporations.

Known for reliable, easier network management, and the ability to scale from one to thousands of properties, Nomadix’ award-winning internet gateways have supported leading hotel brands for over 20 years, including over 300 hotels in the Middle East. Its experience and understanding of their brand standards has led it to support these international brands as they launch new hotels in Saudi Arabia, and makes Nomadix an obvious technology partner as the country expands inbound tourism and overseas investment.

TNG will also introduce Nomadix’ new product portfolio and value to Saudi Arabia, including Nomadix Casting, Hotel Portal, its mobile guest app and Angie Hospitality digital in-room assistants. Underpinned by the Nomadix Cloud, these provide an excellent internet and entertainment experience for guests and employees, with simplified network management and support.

“Getting the internet experience right is a priority for hotels. A high-performance, reliable service can make or break a business, determining whether guests stay at that property or at a competitor – and whether they come back. We’re working with Nomadix to provide our hospitality channel resellers with simple, cost-effective technology that makes using hotel Wi-Fi better and improves guest satisfaction rates,” said Jawad Abdul Hai, TNG.

We are proud to extend our presence in Saudi Arabia through TNG. Their team has been a fantastic partner in what is an important hospitality market for Nomadix. We respect its reach, reputation, and technical expertise in the hospitality sector as we connect international travellers to their experiences, work and leisure,” said Hauke Lenthe, managing director for Nomadix in EMEA and APAC. “We are excited to welcome them as our distributor as we support millions of internet connections for resorts, convention centers and hotels.”
