Nomadix Enhances Multi-Tenant Properties’ Connectivity with Entrata Integration

Showcasing Multifamily Managed Wi-Fi and Employee Safety Technology at NAA Apartmentalize

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – June 6, 2023 – Nomadix® Inc., bringing connected experiences to life, today announced its new integration with Entrata, the multifamily industry’s leading operating system that serves over three million residents in more than 20 thousand multifamily communities. The combination of Nomadix Multi-Tenant connectivity solutions with Entrata’s property management system now equips properties with secure and scalable Wi-Fi networks that enable smart communities, boost property values and increase renter retention. Nomadix will showcase its new integration and full suite of multi-tenant solutions in booth #3922 at NAA Apartmentalize, June 7-9.

“Research from NMHC/Grace Hill shows that 90% of renters won’t rent without reliable Wi-Fi connections. As properties adopt more digital services and experiences, installing Managed Wi-Fi can create new revenue streams while also ensuring the quality and security of the network across those properties,” said Vadim Olshansky, CTO of Nomadix Networks at Nomadix. “Our development team has worked tirelessly to build a reliable and frictionless solution between Entrata’s platform and our Multi-Tenant solution to support already stretched property managers and provide faster, more reliable experiences for residents.”

The Nomadix-Entrata integration from a property manager standpoint simplifies user and device onboarding, billing and management of Managed Wi-Fi services, while creating new efficiencies for site operators. The combined solutions avoid unnecessary effort duplication and allow deeper process automation. For residents living in the community, each apartment/condo gets a private, secure VLAN connection for Wi-Fi access anywhere across the property. This replaces the need for each resident to install and manage their own personal network and hardware that only works in the proximity of their private living space. By replacing the “bring your own Wi-Fi” method with an enterprise-based Wi-Fi solution customized for each type of property, managers can ensure high quality service for every resident, eliminating the challenges of networks competing on the same spectrum and degrading the service for all, a major complaint seen in multifamily communities.

Also featured at NAA Apartmentalize is the company’s 2-in-1 Nomadix Alerts offering. This solution helps keep property employees safe with its smart badge, which features a panic button, built-in fall detection and real-time location capabilities. Additionally, Nomadix Alerts leverages the same badges worn by employees to monitor the Wi-Fi across the entire property, alerting staff of network issues before residents complain. Other products showcased at the event are: Nomadix Networks, including internet gateways, wireless access points, WLAN controllers and LAN switches, and Multi-Tenant Portal.
